QR menu for restaurants in Nepal

A QR menu your guests can order from

Guests scan the QR code on the table and your menu opens in their phone's browser, with photos, prices and veg and non-veg marks, in English or नेपाली. They order from it, and the order goes straight to your kitchen.

  • No app for guests, nothing to install
  • Not a PDF: guests order, call the waiter and ask for the bill
  • Ready-made QR cards for every table and room

What is a QR menu?

A QR menu is a menu guests open by pointing their phone's camera at a code on the table. The simplest kind is a photo or PDF of your printed menu: guests can look, but they still have to wave for a waiter to order.

ServeFlow's QR menu is a full ordering system. Guests browse, add dishes and place the order themselves, it lands on the kitchen screen at once, and every order adds up on the table's bill. When a dish runs out or a price changes, the menu changes with it, and nothing has to be printed again.

How QR ordering works

  1. 1

    Scan

The guest points their camera at the QR code on the table. The menu opens in the browser, with nothing to download.

  2. 2

    Order

They pick dishes, half or full plates and extras, and tap Place order. Friends at the table can order from their own phones.

  3. 3

    Cooked

The order is read out on the kitchen board, and the guest watches it go from placed to cooking to ready to served.

  4. 4

    The bill

Water, the waiter or the bill is one tap away, and every order from the table is already on its bill.

Everything a guest can do from the table

And everything you need behind it, from the codes on the tables to a menu that's always up to date.

  • Guest menu

Photos and the details that matter

Veg and non-veg marks, the spice level, half and full plates, extras and search.

  • Guest menu

    English or नेपाली

The whole menu switches language with one tap, so visitors and regulars read the same menu.

  • Guest menu

    Live order status

Guests see their order placed, cooking, ready and served, so nobody has to ask how long.

  • Guest menu

Call the waiter, water or the bill

One tap sends the request to the right person's phone. Asking twice only calls once.

Questions owners ask

Do guests need to download an app?

No. They scan the code with their phone's camera, and the menu opens in the browser.

Can guests pay from the QR menu?

No. They ask for the bill from their phone and pay you as they do today, in cash or by QR, and ServeFlow records how each bill was paid.

Do I need new QR codes when the menu changes?

No. The codes stay the same. Change dishes, prices and photos in the dashboard, and the menu updates at once.

Can someone order from home with a photo of the code?

A table can only order once a waiter opens it, which stops prank orders, and a copied code can be replaced in one click.

Can guests change an order?

Yes, until the kitchen starts on it. The kitchen and the waiter are told when an order changes.

Does it work in hotel rooms?

Yes. A room's code opens a choice: Room Service, for housekeeping, towels or water, or Food Order, to eat in the room.

How much does a QR menu cost?

The price depends on how many branches, tables and staff you have. Request a demo and we'll give you a price.
