Restaurant software for Nepal
Restaurant software for Nepal, from QR order to paid bill
ServeFlow is restaurant POS and billing software that runs on Android phones and any browser. Guests order by scanning a QR code, the kitchen screen reads every order out loud, and the bill adds itself up.
- QR ordering, with no app for guests
- A kitchen order screen (KOT) that speaks
- Bills, credit and reports for every branch

Sound familiar?
Orders are shouted to the kitchen, and half of them are heard wrong.
On a busy Friday, nobody can tell which ticket came first.
Guests wait to order, wait for the food, then wait again for the bill.
A dish is served but never written down, so it never reaches the bill.
ServeFlow fixes each of these.
Everything a restaurant runs on, in one system
Four apps share the same live orders, so the floor, the kitchen and the counter always agree.
- Guest menu
QR code ordering at every table
Guests scan the code on the table, browse a menu with photos, veg and non-veg marks and half or full plates, and order from their own phone.
More about the QR menu - Kitchen app
A KOT screen instead of paper slips
Every order lands on the kitchen board the moment it's placed, read out with the dish names, with a timer on every ticket.
More about the KOT system - Staff app
Waiters who hear what to do next
“Food ready, table 2.” The Staff app speaks in English or Nepali, even locked in a pocket, and lists every guest request.

Drinks to the bar, food to the kitchen
Each counter gets only its own dishes, so the bar never waits behind a plate of chowmein.
- Business dashboard
Bills that add themselves up
Every order goes onto the table's bill. Combine tables, split by phone, and record cash or QR.
- Business dashboard
Reports you can act on
Best-selling dishes, the busiest hours and tables, and how fast guests were answered, for every branch.
One dinner order, start to finish
- 1
Guests order from the table
Table 4 scans the QR code and orders two plates of momo and a thakali set. Nobody waves for a menu.
- 2
The kitchen hears it
The ticket appears on the kitchen screen and is read out loud. The cook taps Start, then Ready.
- 3
The waiter carries it
The waiter's phone says “Food ready, table 4” and shows what to carry. One tap marks it served.
- 4
The bill is already done
When Table 4 asks for the bill from their phone, it holds every order. Mark it paid by cash or QR.
Questions owners ask
What is a KOT system, and do I still need paper slips?
A KOT (kitchen order ticket) tells the kitchen what to cook. With ServeFlow the ticket appears on a kitchen phone or tablet the moment the order is placed, and the board reads it out, so there is no slip to write, carry or lose.
Can waiters take orders too, or only guests?
Both. Waiters take orders at the table in the Staff app, and guests order from the QR code. Both land on the same kitchen board and the same bill. You can also switch guest ordering off.
Is it right for a small restaurant?
Yes. A small restaurant can start with one Android phone or tablet in the kitchen and one phone for the waiter. Guests use their own phones, and you see everything from any browser.
Do I need a POS machine or special hardware?
No. Waiters use Android phones, the kitchen uses an Android phone or tablet, and you use any browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. There is no installation visit.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. One login sees every branch, and each manager sees only their own.
